Such a shame it is so small. It seems like it would be a beautiful picture!
01/31/2006 11:28:39 PM
This would have scored higher in my opinion if it were larger. I can barely make out what I am looking at. Nice colors.
01/31/2006 09:27:48 PM
This was a hard one to vote. I did download it and adjusted brightness, contrast, and enlarged. It was hard to pick out any particular detail. The color in the middle seems to be the most eyecatching, but it seemed much to dark overall.
01/29/2006 08:34:46 AM
Would have been spectacular, but I can't quite see it.
01/28/2006 11:37:47 PM
Too small. Make your shots at least 500 x ??
01/28/2006 11:08:50 PM
You need to submit a larger photo! This is just way too small. Make the most of the 640x640 size as you can. It will do your photo so much more justice!
01/28/2006 04:05:44 PM
Oh this is such a shame. This image is too small for me to appreciate the detail in your photo. There is a tutorial here on DPC that will teach you how to take full advantage of the file size we are allowed to submit on this site. Hopefully your next entry will score better.
01/28/2006 10:17:45 AM
Whoa! Too small. I can't tell if I like it or not. :( 2
01/27/2006 11:31:26 PM
Picture is so small it is hard to see any detail.
01/27/2006 12:59:01 AM
Could have been a very pretty shot, if you had only used all 640 pixels available to you.
01/26/2006 08:46:49 PM
Looks like a great image, but way too small for us to see any detail. Use "Save for web" on your photo editor to obtain a larger image at 150 kb.
01/26/2006 01:05:51 PM
This looks like it could be great, but I can't really see anything as the shot is so small. Resizing to 640 would have helped with this.
01/26/2006 11:52:04 AM
These small images make it so hard to make a proper comment, as I find it hard to view. It looks like it has a lot of interest in this image, but I am unable to comment on it properly, such a shame.
01/26/2006 05:14:15 AM
I'm sure you've had loads of comments about re-sizing and file size. ditto.
01/25/2006 11:39:04 PM
This looks like an amazing picture, that I am sure will suffer dearly because of the small size. It is so hard to see. Too bad, because it looks really nice
01/24/2006 03:20:23 AM
It looks like there might be great detail and lighting to this shot, but it is just really too hard to tell at this small size. I am sure the size is having a big impact on your score. On the menu bar under 'Learn', there is a good tutorial on sizing and preparing images for submission, might be of some help for your future challenges :-)
01/24/2006 12:41:33 AM
Colors are interesting but, unfortunately, the photo is way too small to be able to see any details.
01/22/2006 05:26:45 PM
Great picture, but... a little bit too small?
01/22/2006 01:07:57 PM
the image is too small to see. I sure wish I could see it better
01/21/2006 08:36:24 PM
I realy like the feeling of this one. But the size is too small.
01/21/2006 04:18:28 PM
This looks like it may be a lovely picture, and I bet the original had lots of beauty in the detail. But you made it too small.
01/21/2006 01:17:20 PM
Too small to really evaluate, but it looks like you have a good shot here.
01/20/2006 11:37:45 PM
Unfortunately, your picture is too small to let the details enhance the pleasing colors, and the dark area on the left is not needed.
01/20/2006 10:23:39 PM
This is too small and dark to make out what it is.
01/20/2006 05:22:02 PM
Normally I would have given this photo a 1 simply because it is so small that I can't see any detail clearly. Instead I have ranked it among my top picks because of how well it conveys the atmosphere of the location. Well done ... but imagine how much better it might be larger ... assuming the detail would stand up at 640 x 480.
01/20/2006 03:34:27 PM
Looks like a great picture, but it is too small to really judge. Refer to tutorials for downloading. ( bet you have a lot of this comment!)
01/20/2006 12:42:20 PM
The size is a problem, too small. Difficult to judge. Seems to be very nice though.
01/20/2006 09:00:14 AM
Can't make this image out and the first thing to do is look up the tutorial on DPC to re-size correctly and to your photo's advantage.
01/20/2006 02:52:58 AM
Too big, can you make it smaller please?
01/19/2006 06:35:47 PM
I'm sorry, but I can't really make out what this picture is about due to the small size.
01/19/2006 04:54:52 PM
I do wish this picture were larger so I could properly vote on it.
01/19/2006 02:54:47 PM
Sized too small, hard to see the detail...
01/19/2006 06:37:59 AM
This is beautiful piece of work. the only problem with this is the size, i would not be punishing this for this thing though, i know lot of people would be doing this.
01/19/2006 12:04:07 AM
10 from me...good luck! this should be be even better if it were bigger.
01/18/2006 10:01:18 PM
This is so tiny, but it looks so nice! I wish it was the full 640px. The colours look very inviting.
01/18/2006 09:59:43 PM
entering tiny little photographs like this is death.

Especially when it looked like it might have been a decent photo.
01/18/2006 06:43:11 PM
The colors and composition of this photo are full of fantasy. However it is sized so small I can barely see it. Check to make sure your pictures are 640 pixles in their greatest dimension - no less!
01/18/2006 01:22:57 PM
Sorry, far too small to judge.
01/18/2006 12:54:34 PM
I wish this was bigger so I could see it better. The colors are beautiful.
01/18/2006 12:29:21 PM
nice shot, but too small...
01/17/2006 06:01:30 PM
wish you could of uploaded a larger version of this picture, would of given you a better rating I find it hard to see so small.
01/17/2006 05:16:16 PM
Would love to see this larger.
01/16/2006 10:27:26 PM
This looks like a beautiful photo but it needs to be larger to get a better viewing.
01/16/2006 07:55:25 PM
The lighting looks very cool. I wish it was larger so I could see it better.
01/16/2006 06:25:34 PM
this is a beutiful shot, but it's way to small for a challenge, try to keep the longer side at 640 pixels !

can't vote as high as I wanted to because of the size...
01/16/2006 05:20:59 PM
Too, too small. Please make use of all the 640 pixels you are allowed to use. It's difficult to tell what your shot is. I can see trees and foliage, but beyond that, it's really tough to tell what I'm looking at.
01/16/2006 04:24:27 PM
darn wish this was bigger maybe closer to 640
01/16/2006 04:23:15 PM
Need to be a bit larger so we can we the detail
01/16/2006 04:14:53 PM
Oh how I wish this was bigger so we could see it better - it looks to be a lovely shot!
01/16/2006 04:14:36 PM
Picture is sized incorrectly. I can't rate what I can't see. 1
01/16/2006 02:54:43 AM
Why so small? You're going to get pounded for that. It's an interesting-looking enough image, but I'm not really sure what it is.
01/16/2006 01:51:41 AM
Lovely rich colours, would like to have seen it larger as it looses the impact.
