 This is very similar to a shot I entered in the November Free study challenge, but taken a few moments earlier and without any exposure compensation.

Since I submitted the first shot in November, I have learned some new photoshop techniques for adjusting levels and curves on just specific areas of an image and how to make it look good. As a result, I was able to improve the brightness of the boat in the foreground and still maintain all of the detail in the sunrise. I also learned how to localize saturation and hue changes to bring out the color in the sunrise without making the boat and reeds a funny color. I like the results on this shot much better and I hope it scores higher with the voters as well.

I know its suppose to be a sunrise, but I still wish for a little more exposure on the boat and the grasses in the foreground.

Georgous shot, but you can clearly see the edits in this...if a little more effort was placed in Post,this would be a winner.

Slightly brighter on the boat, maybe dodge/burn slightly, would help a little in my opinion but this is still a super shot.
