| Definately a burst of color here, but the feeling of the whole image is a bit dark. |

| Was this for real? How amazing. A good unusual pic that gets a reaction - can't ask for more than that. It bugs me you didn't rotate it to square it up. It makes it look like a careless snapshot. |

| Very good color. Very nice composition with the rule of thirds. My only recomendation would be a slight rotation and crop to make the fire hidrant more upright... or drop down to it's level when you took the shot. |

| I like that you didn't resort to selective desaturation for this shot. I commend that you relied on the subject to pull the focus. I think this shot would have benefitted from a lower angle of view instead of this angled down shot. |

| Looks like it is going to do a dance. A very nice color offset against the almost monochromatic background. |

| I really like the way the color stands out here. IMHO the shot could be improved using a more unconventional POV like shooting from close to the ground with a wide-angle or fisheye? A very shallow DOF may have also 'cleaned' up the shot and isolated the subject further. |

| good use of desat- i like the effect. With a better backround, this photo would be even better. Nice job overall. |

| This seems to be tilted clockwise slightly. A shallower DoF would have reduced some of the background clutter. |
