 I almost entered this into the construction challenge. I think this is my best shot of 2005 but because of the abstract nature of this shot I don't expect it to do very well against the undoubtedly stiff competition.

Great composition. I personally would have liked the sky to be more on the blue side. White sky's seem so unnatural.

when I think of an abstraction, I think of something more like this-


this image just doesn't fit my criteria for 'abstraction.'

This shot would be alot less interesting without the bird. But you captured it. Like the contast of lights and darks.

interesting shot - kinda high key, but not. The building seems at an odd angle to me. I do think you did a good job on focusing and showing the details of the brick wall.
