 I know this won't win a Best of Challenge. But I didn't get a chance to enter it in one earlier this year. I also wanted to try a different crop. I wonder if this will even break a 5.0

Played with contrast and brightness
Magenta saturation to +11
Added 15 pixel border
Neat Image

Really good, I think it would have done much better if you had brightened the flower. A little dodging/ burning.

a little too dark and a little out of focus in the lower third of the image

I found this image rather dark and the position of the flower could have been more effective in the upper part, bumping up this time round

Pretty close up, composed well. Lacking in sharpness, and does not look to be intentionally soft-focused. Nice DOF between the flower and the ground.
