A slightly different take to ShutterPug, but I'd suggest a selective blur. i.e. all the area around the rhino. With judicious use of the opacity setting on the paintbrush when making your mask, you can make the blur less obvious around the outline of the rhino.

hmmm - I'd try doing selective desat on this one....might work might not. Take out all the color except the rhino
