This would have scored much better if it were not blurry. If you don't have a tripod, you at least need a stable surface to shoot from with the longer shutter speeds.

This has no significance to 4 or 5 AM. Could've been taken anytime during the night. Plus, christmas lights are only so interesting as a subject.
