Maybe I am the only one who will get this. If so, I am sure my score will reflect it. Anyway, I wasn't very inspired by this challenge, but yesterday I went out with my husband and used my 'evening bag'. In it I found the red spoon from our last Cowboy Mouth concert. (I was supposed to throw it, but I didn't.)

I may be bringing up something old here... but I did a search on Everybody Loves Jill and this came up. I LOVE it. (so yeah, I get it)

and just because of this, I am now extremely interested in this website. I am an amateur photographer myself, but have never looked for online support.

this seems like a pretty cool place, and i hope y'all don't slaughter me on my very first post here.

I don't get the title...

I know I can be a bit thick between the ears, but I just don't get the title matching the photo.
Obviously a hidden mesage there somewhere.

There is good placement of elements here and crop but there isn't a real message to get. Unless you know Jill maybe.

Too many distracting things and patterns

Wow. I have no idea what this means. Interesting, though.

this is a visual assault. politeness dictates that i don't say anything else.

I cannot see what this picture is about. Therefore I can't relate it to the challenge. It looks like a picture that would be taken when you accidentally press the shutter button.

That all said, I could just be close-minded, blind or just plain obtuse and there really is a rational explanation for this picture.

i just don't get it.....

I don't get this (and the focus is too soft for me).

I'd also love some focus ;)

I have no idea where you are going with this...

Why does everybody love Jill, just don't get the title

I'm not getting it. I mean, it fits the challenge i guess. Resembles a spoon, but not enough of the photo is in focus to tell what it is. The spot that I see that is in focus is the corner of the metal thing in the bottom right. This to me doesn't seem like it would be the most interesting part of the photo, so I can't figure out why it would the the crispest focus. I guess this must have been easier to picture seeing the entire scene and knowing what you were going for. As is, it's a bit busy, soft and confusing. ~Heather~
