As I said in the forum post, I recommend really pumping up the contrast and exposure settings (slowly and repeatedly so that you can regulate it more closely). Then use burn/dodge to touch up problem areas. (Neat Image, sharpen, all the usuals...) :-)

Personally, I think there are some odd colored shadows in this shot and if you are really going for high key, I think that B/W with this one is definitely the way to go.
