From experience! Often.
Felt this was the adult version of, "Don't run with scissors in your hand!" We, usually a male shortcoming, simply don't pay attention to the rules.
On a tripod; bracketed several shots. Spotlighted the "Safety Requirements." I know there are coffee stains on the page. It was done deliberately as if that page were provided only as a coster! The blood is real. . . some of it. Had to add egg coloring for some volume.
I placed it in the Humorous catagory for lack of a better gallery! It's never funny though when it happens.
While probably a male calamity, consider who usually ends up finding the band-aid and applying it. Without a doubt an adult world experience.

In Photoshop:
cropped;
adjusted levels;
sized;
auto adjusted colors;
burned lettering "Safety Requirements;"
sponged colors in selected areas;
sharpened edges;
tweaked some areas with burn tool;
saved for the web.

Ouch - looks painful. Like the inclusion of the safety requirements, nice touch. Good lighting and a well composed shot.

Great idea! Lighting is very good. My criticism would be that there is too much here. I think the idea would have come across just as well with less tools, consequently less clutter. 7
