 Mostly American Red Cross "Holiday Hero" pins I received for donating during holiday periods.

Picture taken under incandescent light. CP filter used to reduce (but unfortunately not eliminate) glare. Post processed with white balance adjustment, curves to enhance contrast, crop, resize, and USM.

the topic made me smile. like the choice of red for background. i wonder if there's another way to present these pins that would add greater visual interest or meaning, though.
