 Shot from above, camera on a tripod basically over the model's shoulder. Ome strobe with an umbrella even higher, above the camera and slightly to the right, one strobe lower (but still above the table) and to the left.

Post processing in Nikon Capture:
Whitebalance -> Automatically Calculate
Sharpening -> High
Saturation -> Enhanced
Then in Photoshop:
Adjustment Layer for Levels, Auto, then down to 50%
Healing brush to get some lint off the table and a blemish off the model's hand.
A touch of USM
Resize and Save for web!
