It would be nice if the top of the head hadn't been chopped off.

I would have reduced the DOF so it was fully in focus

This person looks out of place on the pure white background. I would like to see the full head and arm included, and the left side more in focus too.

Your focus seems a little soft, and I think not cropping the top of his head and his elbow out would improve this. All the same, I like it.

At least something in the image needs to be sharp, and exposed faces/fronts are better in my book unless you have a great silhouette to highlight.
