 The only clear night we had for weeks afforded me my fist chance at star trails.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised!

Post-processing: Curves, Color Balance, Hue/Saturation and Save for Web (87%)

Another where's the polaris shot - this one much better. Could have shed some light on the trees for increased effect (a low-power flash or a stronger flashlight or reflector). But it is nice photo as is.
