This is not very good at all but I suppose you know that. Maybe you should try and put your foreground subject in focus or perhaps crop it out would be better.
The subject you have chosen has no symbolic connection with the challenge and is dragging your score down but don't worry too much, I think your shots are improving.
You could also try and take some advice from the forums that have some very good ribbon winning photographers who are only too willing to help beginners like yourself.
I rated this one a three but in reflection I was very generous.

While not one of your best entries, this is still very original and well executed. Your doll series as a whole is excellent, and may of become just too recognizable. I must say that your challenge scores are definately not reflective of your talent. Keep up the good work, and continue to stay away from the cliches!

An interesting take on the assignment. The light reflecting off the celophane is distracting for me. It would have been nice if we could have seen through a lile more. JMO.

not my favorite of yours, but a creepy effect with the saran wrap. i'd give that model a candy for the costume, that's for sure!
