 Tempted to re-shoot. I have another version with extra elements that I suppose I don't need. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid)! But I'd love to add the little glass fish (or a real fish, but I don't want to adopt). And I can see how I might play up the water droplets better--even encouraging them to reflect Mr. Jack. But I think I have to work on other things and spend less time on entries....Only 8 shots and a cumulative few hours getting pumpkin, carving, finding props, setting up lighting, etc.....and enough is enough!

Technical: Levels, Hue and Sat on individual colors, cloning and dodge and burn to remove some minor distractions (though I really did want to remove a major element just because I could...didn't), noise redux, selective noise redux and inverse selective sharpenting (to pull the subject from the background and try to minimize the noise I know is in that background. That's it.

Wow, I had this as one of my highest scoring shots! I thought this would have been higher. You had one of the most unique shots in the challenge. Good work.

Good work for both the carving and the photo. Definitely a unique set up. I like the bubles on the pumpkin and the magnification factor of the water. If I had a little nit to pick it would be that the top of the photo is a little too bright for my liking. Overall good work.
