Tonight I went to White Rock Lake and took some pictures just to release some steam and be alone for a bit. I took pictures of all the birds and waterfowl, then some of the scenery, and as I was leaving I saw the skyline up on this hill and HAD to stop. I got several pictures of it, with and without runners, cyclists, and walkers. I loved how it turned out. :)

I have always liked that hue of blue water can have when it reflects a sunset sky. This is great composition with the picture being divided into thirds with something interesting in each section. The runner actually adds so much as a "foreground" subject (if you could really call such a small object "foreground"). If you were to do any alteration, I'd clone out those telephone poles on the skyline. They look like giant, ugly cell sites.
