Oversharpened. This rose looks like it was made out of frosting and has started to melt. A good idea, but the execution just isn't there.

Hmm, at first I thought the bug was "fake" but the shadows (the anteni especially) all seem to line up! :) Pretty cool shot!

Great the way you captured the bug and the rose is beautiful too. I like flowers and especially roses

I like this one because the rose is pretty well centered, and appears to be the subject at first, but then you see the bug second. There's something really active about what this photo makes your eyes do to see it all. Nice!

is this a picture of a rose or a bug? if it is a rose it is not off-center, if it is a bug, well then it is off center, but i will give you a high score either way

Seems like it could be a teeny bit more crisp overall, but it's a nice macro nonetheless.

is that a really tiny cricket or a really big rose? Somehow this reminds me of James and the Giant Peach.
