Very entertaining. Just as a means of exploration I would like to see this image flipped vertically and cropped to show the question mark. This is not to take away from you did here. The capture as is is quite complete to meet the challenge. 7

Good job of titling this to make it work with the image. You can almost read the bird's mind, like DANGIT! NOW how am I going to eat my dinner? ;^)
Nice bg color and bokeh working here. The curve of the iron arm creates a nice diagonal line an is naturally pleasing to the eye.

I wish the hook wsn't covering most of his head. The DOF is spot on. Nicely lit as well.

ooo pretty! i love the focusing. did u turn this picture the the side, or was the bird seriously posing like that. i can never get birds to stand still, and u can make them do gymnastics! :D! awesome job.
