Greets from the Critique Club:

Hi Max,
I like this shot for the texture of your t-shirt. The play of the light makes this shot interesting. I would have liked to see better focus on the ladybird (bloody amerocentric voters) and perhaps, the ladybird pointed up into the picture. I think this would have given more impact to your title.

Good job and good luck in future challenges!

Wish the focus was a bit better, but I like the texture and the trek forward. 9

Great idea. Good use of negative space, but a little out of focus.

The folds and shadows in the fabric are what makes this photograph so interesting. Yes, the ladybug is the center of interest - but only initially. It leads you into the great expanse of fabric in a very effective way.

isn't that a ladyBUG?

Meets the challenge quite well. Lacks a bit of "wow" factor for me though, in all honesty.

You mean ladybug, but i'm sure many others will also tell you that! this needs more focus on the lady bug and not on the background. The lighting doesn't seem right for maximum color, which is something that one would like in a ladybug shot. The texture of the background is nice.
