Nice color & focus/detail. You might consider trying to brighten the foreground areas a bit with the dodge/burn brush (I use +3 brightness, +5 contrast to add "light" or highlights to darker areas). Then I'd probably switch to -1 brightness and +3 contrast on the sky to make it moodier. Of course, I tend to overdo this sort of thing... ha! Great capture!

This is very nice. I find it more appealing with the clouds than with the blue sky that most often accompanies photos like this.
