 ... i was walking around with my camera this past weekend and saw this guy sleeping on the grass... the grass, the color of his shirt, his pose all set against that gorgeous background just captivated me and i just couldn't resist but take a few shots... i hope you enjoy this image as much as i do :)

Was just browsing around looking for shots of a nice blue sky and ran across this one. I really like this shot. Nice and simple with great color. Too bad the grass wasn't a little greener though. That would have made it better in my opinion. But hey, Mother Nature just seems to do whatever she wants and doesn't care if we want green grass or not. :D

Great shot. Love the contrast of color between the shirt, grass and sky. The clouds are a soothing addition to the shot that leads me to understand why he chose this spot for an afternoon nap. Wonderfully captured!

there's something about the placement of the person that feels a bit odd. perhaps it's because i can only see one raised arm? it's neat how the wisp of cloud appears to be rising from the person on the ground...great vivid colors, too.

Excellent placement of the person. I think this shot would have done well in the rule of thirds. The red in the shirt really stands out against the blue and the greens. Maybe a little bit of dodge and burn to the clouds might just add a little bit more depth. Well done.

I think that this shoot would be better if we would see more of the person, and have lower right corner. Nice colours do not change them.

Beautiful shot, I really like this, however I think something should be done to bring out the greens more (such as a bump in saturation or an adjustment in levels/curves). I like how the clouds really lead the viewer's eye to the subject.

I love the simplicity of this. The red also stands out great. What a relaxing feeling this photo gives me. Only thing I would try is to bump up the green saturation a little to make the grass pop a little more.

this is just a great shot. You need to know photography to produce a shot like this. Just enough sky, and a slab of earth make it one with your title.

Are you sure he was sleeping? He could have been passed out. LOL GREAT picture!! Adding it to my favs. This would make a great desktop background. I love the colors and the concept. Great Work!

I would like to see a little more of the person but still keeping them in the far lower right corner. Maybe get a slice of the expression on their face.
