This is a great image. The colors and the shades of the tonal values are wonderful and pleasing to look at. The molten quality of the water is wonderful as well.

what a lovely photograph!!! this bird is so elegant and the white against the blues of the bg really enhances that feeling. the cocked foot adds a feeling of relaxation that makes the entire photo seem all that much more serene. wonderful clarity on the bird itself. i like that we can make out the texture of the feathers.

This is a lovely image. I especially like the hint of reddish-pinkish shading on the side of his body away from the sun. To me that suggests evening sun.

Really nice shot. I like bird shots and these are nice birds and hard to get close to (for me anyway). Nice light on the bird and nice crop.
