| On theme (although I can't get past the objectionable content). That aside, more focus and/or sharpness would be good. Overall photo quality is lacking. |

I must honestly say everytime I see another one of these "suicide" images I ask myself "why?"...they're all vaguely unsettling but bordering on cliche and trite...an easy "shock" if you will...at least you didn't depict someone who has blown their head off...like my cousin did...
I just wish people would think before entering an image like this...you are entitled to enter what you wish...it's just that everytime I see another "tragic suicide" picture...I roll my eyes and thoughts of my cousin enter my mind, a sadness I'm not fond of revisiting...thanks. |

That's not amusing or whatever you were going for. Try showing that to a family member of a sucide. Shock value only goes so far. For your next picture, maybe you could fake some child abuse.

| Sorry, but I've had enough of the fake suicide photos over the past few months. I understand that everybody has their own taste though. Maybe a single desat could give it a bit of punch. Hmmmmm - just not my cup of tea t all. |

| I'm guessing you'll get voted down for your subject matter. The blood is realistic looking, which is good for what you're trying to accomplish. Nothing particularly feels in focus though. If the fingers and hand were sharp I think it would help. |

| Good shot! I think the DoF could have been a little shallower either to really emphasize the knife or the wrist, but I think the picture is pretty effective. |
