I find these multi spotted catchlights to make a portrait look wierd and artificial

Aside from the odd lights around the iris of the eyes, I really like this portrait. Soft, good tones.

It's a lovely portrait, although the catch lights in the pupils are a little odd. But the lighting and the simple, elegant composition seem exactly right for your subject ... it suggests something about her personality, which I think is the essence of a good portrait. 8

Very nice catchlight. Would have been ansolutely awesome if the lights where around her pupil.
Was this intentional?
Also the light wrappes beautifully around her face and then fades off. Would be interested in your light setup.

lovely model - somethign about those multi spot catch lights makes her look like a spider, though.

the catch light is a bit overwhelming, some secondary source could make this sing.

I like the soft lighting highlighting her face. I wonder if NEAT IMAGE would have smoothed her skin tone out a tad to match her neck? I like the sparkles in her eyes also. Nice work!

Nice. Is that a homemade ringlight?

Nice picture. The glow on the eyes is a bit distracting but it works well.

I am drawn to the reflection in her eyes. Did you mean to do that? Great focus for her face.

Crop feels a little tight. Otherwise a fine entry.
