 My cat Scratch, lying in wait....It was afterall a sunny day, and I am sure that she was thinking about hunting something, (probably her food bowl)

HEE HEE - nice clear shot. I think I'd straighten the horizon - it wouldnt affect the shot, but just make it more level. I like the one barely opened eye. Nice detailing of the kitty's face. This has a snapshot sense to it but the clarity is good.

It's nice to see an animal in the challenge. Very cute cat. I like how he/she has one eye partly open as if he/she is wondering what you are doing with the camera so close. Composition is good, but wished there was just a little bit more space at the top. Good colours and textures. Very nicely done.

It's good to get to the same level as the subject, but it doesn't quite make it in the sharpness, imo.

Great Shot! I love the eye slightly open. Its like he just "wants" you to think he's sleeping, classic!! The detail in the fur is great.

I love the one eye half open keeping watchm and those long whiskers are perfectly sharp. the lines of sunlight on the floor make it look like the floor is slanted, tilted horizons is a pet peeve of mine,
