Walking through Grand Central, NYC on my way to work the light was so beautiful shining through the windows. I went up the stair case to take a picture of this woman on her cell phone. Took about 4 shots and this was one of them. There were some other people in the shot so I burned them out. The resulting shot with the man walking away created a relationship that wan not actually there.

Great composition here. The viewer can instantly ascertain that there was an argument or some other contact/conflict here resulting in someone leaving. Surprisingly emotive shot. Love the shadows and somewhat muted color tones. Very nice work.

Very effective image.
The repeating light patterns really add impact.

Nicely layed out. I like the border, it works well with this photo.

I think you did well in capturing a high contrast image. Unfortunately, I find the man walking out of the picture distracting and leading my away from any other part of the image. I wonder how this would look with him cropped out?

Very nice shot, but I just don't 'get' it. Could just be me. Still a nice shot, Good job =]

Nice! I like how the light and shadow play on the pavement and almost camouflage the people. This is nice. Her turquoise bag makes the shot!
