Challenge: This shot meets D&L by the title you have chosen, which is acceptable in a challenge such as this.
Composition: The flower helps you out by managing the rule of thirds for you, and the angle of the shot draws the eye all around the flower. I would agree that the crop may be a touch tight, but it works as is too.
Color/Lighting: The lighting here is near perfect - a tiny bit darker than perhaps ideal, but very well managed for the shot. That enhances the colors in the shot quite nicely.
Clarity: The important parts of the flower are in focus, with the stamin almost competing for the upper petals for the main attention. I like the DoF in this, as it emphacizes the depth of the flower.
Overall: A very well composed shot of what happens to be my favorite flower (it was in the corsages I bought for my prom dates back in High School). This also does very nicely as a macro shot.

The title is fine and the astroemeria (sic...sorry, always have to look that one up) is a delicate and lovely flower. But your focus is nnot really on the delicate an lovely part, IMO. A deeper DOF maybe and perhaps more of the flower in the image. Those portruding stamen and/or pistils on lilies of all kinds do make them difficult to shoot when you are right up on top of them.

A little too tight a crop. The depth-of-field is a bit shallow. A very tough shot unless you have very good lenses (and I don't).

Lighting seems a bit offish and the focus is too soft. Great potential and I like the colors

Very pretty. I like the streaks of color shooting towards the center.
