I'm a fan of hot air balloons and I like the overall look and feel. The nearly silhoutted figure works well for me.

Cool and quirky...what would really push the "quirky" would be to crop off the upper left corner where we see the sky...yes...that would make this even cooler nad quirkier ( if there is such a word) !
