On second view, I just spotted the rainbow!!! I wish it were a bit more vivid, but that's Mother Nature for ya. I like the texture of the sand after the rain.

I feel this image has potential, but as it is, it's a bit on the bland side. The skies could be made more moody, angry, etc and the rainbow could be emphasized somehow. Perhaps there's a bit too much lightness on the foreground as well. 5

The rainbow is faint as a subject (for rain) and overpowered by the foreground. Nice catch, though! Some post processing work could probably really make this shot pop.
