Good, clear picture, but could be cropped a little more.

Nice composition...nice balance of b&w spatial relation.

love it

i would have liked this more without the hand. for some reason the hand makes it seem like a snapshot.

good shot. well composed and exposed!

I love the texture of the skin on the hand.

I would have preferred a shot of the mic on a stand as opposed to the hand. Also, I think a darker background would have been better, but these are just my opinions

Great composition, and no-nit technicals. My one suggestion is for the B/W conversion - since you've gone for pure black shadows on the back of the hand and on the grip of the mic, and have that good, bright gradient background, I'd have darkened up the mids just a little to give the detailed part of the hand a little more weight. Bumping up your score on 2nd viewing.

This photograph is clean... the framing and composition is excellent as well! This does very well in black and white... the patterns on the microphone cover really stand out nicely! good work!

I don't know how much of a macro this is, but it's clean nonetheless. I might suggest cropping this to the 427 size and see if that helps cut out a little of the extra white space, but I don't know if it would be effective or not. That would also, depending on how you cropped, even a little of the margin between the right of the mic and the top.

Technically a very good photo, but I'm not so Shure of the subject ;-)

Fun shot. I like this idea, it's a good b&w. Well done.

Nice framing and background. I would prefer to have a hand more so in focus.

Nice clear picture.....

Very creative. Makes you feel a sense of what the speaker/singer is portraying. Now there's some food for thought!! (9).
