 primary lighting came from below- 3 LED flashlight. then threw it into photoshop, and, following kpriest's method of "mucking with it till you get something you like," mucked with it. When I got something I liked, I stopped.

this was definitely staged and looks it and will probably suffer greatly... though the setup was fun. Thanks to my mom for providing the "rain."

This simple composition has a lot of appeal..the water bouncing everywhere is great! So is the lighting.

The rain isn't as visible as I would like for this challenge. Perhaps if you'd have cast some light across the path of the drops they'd have reflected some light toward the camera. I don't care for the hue, but otherwise I really like this shot.

this is a great image, too much black at the top for my taste though, cropped right down to just above the splashes would be much stronger for me.
