Attended an outdoor concert looking for a "live music" entry and found urban rain instead. Used sport setting on my camera w/flash and caught this little girl dancing through the drizzle.

I like the stop-action of the rain, well captured. It looks like the focus is on the rain and not the girl, which imo works here. I think a non-centered crop would make this photo pop. Good luck

The clear water droplets are good, but the stark shadows that they're casting on the girl are distracting. Using a light source closer to perpendicular relative to the camera would have reduced this.

Shot has a very different air about it. Raindrops look like mercury! Interesting capture - unique.

Looks like she is being pelleted by liquid metal. How did you get the drops to look like that? Interesting effect, I must say.

IMO, dnmc

edit - I'm 99.9% sure this is not rain, but rather a fountain of some sort. If I'd taken this shot and was concerned about appearing to meet the challenge, I wouldn't have submitted it. But that sort of thing hasn't stopped me in the past, so I'm not saying you shouldn't have entered it. I'd certainly be very happy if I'd got a photo like this, it is very nice. The centered composition doesn't work for me, though, I'd prefer to see it panned more to the left, to give some running room. My favourite thing about it is the silvery water drops on the black background, very cool.

Score = 4

My gosh! Those are mighty big drops! Talk about raining buckets!

The water droplets look fake, and the girl doesn't look wet.

The flash in this shot makes the photo very uninteresting. The glare of light in all the drops is very distracting, and im not exactly sure what the little girl is doing. Also, the centered composition of this just doesnt work here.

What a COOL photo! I 'm really wondering how you got the rain to show up so well against the darkness of the background. It's beautiful. 10
