| This is missnig the richness that a black and white image needs to posess....check out black and chrome. This as probably a good color picture- 8 |

| Well exposed, reasonably sharp with good tones. Somehow not a 'grabber' though. The most dramatic area, IMO, is where the dark clouds and the top of the bldg with the cupola at UR interact. |

| I think I would have toned down the water area in the bottom left corner. Overall quite a nice image. |

| Very nice cityscape. The lights and the clouds are great in black and white. Well framed. |

| A nice range of tones is displayed here between the sky, the clouds, the buildings, and the lights. My only complaint is that perhaps leaving out the bottom segment below the buildings would have produced a more pleasing photograph. I'd be interested to hear why you decided to put that in the photo. |
