I really like this image. The only thing that would send it into the stratosphere would be to have the manhole more towards the left. Very nice capture!

Nice action capture.
You really ought to send that to your local Department of Public Works ... that could be a real problem.

Now that's something you don't see every day.... Huh. Great shot, well composed, like the use of B&W. 7

Interesting shot. Not sure the B/W works to your best advantage here though - I think you lose a lot of the water splash in the gray background that you might not have in color.

A very unusual shot. Very interesting subject. I'd prefer a pan to the right. Kind of reminds me of the famous Marilyn Monroe shot. Very strange. I'll be checking back after the challenge to see if you have an explanatino for this phenomenon. Great catch.

I not sure I would want to see the next thing that came out. The cropping of the frame is good and lets me eye flow out into the picture nicely.

that's cool! the wind catching the spray to give that little curve, and the excellent b&w conversion make this my favorite so far! 8 with a good chance of a bump up!

I would of got that portrait alignment and closer to it a bit. I think the composition would be better like that. Nice capture otherways.

nice catch. really nice. would be even more effective, i feel, with a bit more contrast or a more aggressive processing. 8 as it is.

This is really cool! The B & W was a great choice...it really enhances the urban abstract quality of this image...nicely done.
