Cute capture and title. Pretty creative, if you ask me. Well done!

Great concept. The lighting leaves a little to be desired though. The skin tones of the hand don't quite look right and the cut out kid doesn't match the rest of the shot. Shoot this indoors where you have more controll over the light and you could really make this pop!

Now we know what really happened to "Mike Tevee" from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (just kidding). I like the idea and the setup. The boy seems a little bit flat, but I still like the illusion. Well done.

'8' - Good illusion, just somehow sharper on the 'little one', make it better in my opinion. Nice 'set'.

Pulled this off quite nicely! Excellent tone & exposure.
Be interested to see how you did it. (8)

This is a superb idea ... but I can't see how this is possible without moving or copying major parts of image/s ... Further - the boy does look as if he was dropped-in using Photoshop -yes? .. Oh my God!... am i a crazy fool? ... Turns out that this was a great, simple technique - I wasn't letting my mind leave the box! I do think a Photoshop expect could have made the boy/hand connection more real in post-process - but great ideas!

GReat idea! Nice highlights in the moss. The little man seems just a touch blurry and maybe just a bit too small. Great work though

cool. the cut-out is a little too bright to match the rest of the photo but it's never easy right?

that looks a little bit like a paper cutout..but I like the idea, nice birdhouse.

Interesting shot.. the color on the kid is off though.. takes away from the illusion IMHO

Good Idea. I think a different shirt color would have made the boy stand out more from the birdhouse.

Nice clear representation. More of the "floor" would not have hurt. Very nice!

I like this, but it might have been worth seeing without the giant hand coming in from the side. Just a thought. Either way, very well done! 7

Cool idea and shot. I think that this lighting though made the small figure noticeably a cutout. Still, it's a great capture.

Very good idea...however, I think that it would have been better, if possible, to not have the hand in there. I'm thinking perhaps someone looking over the trunk at the house would have given a more appropriate demension to this illusion. Another small discrepency is the lighting on the boy figure. There is not sunlight on the house, hand or tree causing shadows, however the boy's arms and hair are lit causing shadows on his shirt and face.
