I'm missing the illusion. The band-aid is a distraction and the cropping across the eye of the mannequin is a little unsettling.

I'm sorry, I'm not understanding the illusion here. Technically, the picture is well done. The lighting is nice and camo background is fitting...although I would have liked to have a bigger picture to see the details better.
