I like this and I think you did a great job following the rule of thirds, but I think this photo lacks something. I think there might be too much of the trees for my taste. I think it has good focus and I like the water.

On this particular photo, I am finding the lack of clarity on the wood trunk a bit odd. The effect of the water is very nice. I think a bit of color saturation would help the leaves of the bushes and trees not look as flat.
