I like the woodland feel, combined with the oddness of these flowers being in the water. Took a while to set up, and then a gardener upstream started trimming the grass so I had to work fast before the water filled up with grass cuttings.

neighbours again, with practically the same ranking. next time we meet like this, lets do it a little higher up in the hit parade.

This is a very strange composition, but I really like it. Its like a meeting of friends. I think I might have included less of the water, and cropped to keep attention on the three colour elements, but a great shot nonetheless. 8

Great composition. Touch more DOF (the bluebells seem just a tad fuzzy). I think a polarizing filter would have helped this too. Taken away the reflections and see more of the greenish color on the bottom of the lake or whatever.

I think the green background distracts a bit from an otherwise good composition. I guess you set this up and did not just stumble across it.
