 I shot in raw and converted the same file with two different exposures. one for the sky and one for the ground/farm.
crop, layermask+brushing away the darker overlayer, curves and usm.
I tried a b/w conversion but couldn't make it work. (for now)

Again another great shot from your portfolio. Everything works, the building, sky, hills, all spot on! Love the focus and silhouettes of the trees on the hills.

Nice composition - looks slightly tilted to the right. Also seems a little dark/drab. I'd probably consider bumping up the brightness & color sat to give it some more pop (of course I tend to overdo that too). :-) Good eye for capturing a picturesque scene.
