Great shot Roni! I've been really busy and haven't voted on many challenges lately. I missed this one, but I honestly think this is one of the best of the challenge. Great job!!

A little on the soft side, but worth looking at none the less.

It's a very difficult subject because of the white in well lit areas and the black in the shadows. It looks like there are some blown highlights in the area below the eye and this detracts from the photo. My own inclination is usually to crop this tightly, but I have seen a number of examples at this site in which a bird given more room somehow looks more natural, and I have the sense that this photo is a little crowded.

Beautiful photo. Although the eye kind of scares me! LOL

Magnificent DOF and I like the almost muted colors. The softer focus also works well IMHO. There are a few blown highlights on the white areas, but it's difficult to take off much for this shot. Very nice work.

Nice coloration. I wish his beak and top of his head were more in focus. Great detailing around the eye and behind with the orange feathers.
