The way these two are in the picture, it doesnt really look like they have any connection to one another - makes it hard to see any family connection other than the title.

Subject and composition is fine imho. Not sure I like the partial dodging on the female person. Othervise the post processing seems good.

why is she running from her child? the poor kid only has her and she's trying to ditch him! lol - seriously though - would like to see more togetherness portraying family.
