I really liked this a lot - I gave it a seven and am surprised to see it didn't finish in the top 30 - 50. Very nice composition and realization of your photographic vision. Nice tonal range, too.

For this contest everyone who has the word âcircleâ in their title is getting a lower score. This is a copy and paste version that I am including in every photo that I downgrade due to the title. We as members of DPchallenge know the topic of the challenge â we do not need to reread the topic every time we reach a photo. If circle is in the title and it is appropriate I will most likely not down grade, but it better be good. I am sorry if you do not agree with my method of protest â but scores are all I have. ( I cant tell if the title distracts from this one for me so I will give you a 5)

Very nice idea for the challenge and well done. I like the graininess of the photo. It is very fitting here.

Beautiful pose and idea that meets the challenge well. IMHO, however, the white background really washes out the pale skin (possibly correctable with different lighting too). It really is a lovely shot, I just think it's a little overblown on the highlights/white/light areas. 6

This looks a little too formulated to me. The concept is good, but maybe a different angle. Maybe more like Arnold Swartzenegger in The Terminator.

far too bright for the great idea you were trying to portray.

Very clever. I like the contrast and the overall perspective.

An interesting take on the challenge: it is the most powerful image so far (90 of 550 viewed/voted till now) and the only one that left me thinking and forced me to stop and comment. I'd like to see this one in top 10%...

very emotional capture, the place mat and the circular theme seems a little distant from the main point the viewer will probably get though. im not sure. very good still though.

Wow. Really interesting shot. I'm assuming this was done with a fisheye?
