| This has wonderfully deep, rich color tones and I think the centered composition works well too. What hurt your score IMHO is the DOF - it was too shallow - it didn't allow for enough detail on the petals of the black-eyed susan. If more of the flower had been in focus, I think you would have scored a full point higher. It's still a really nice shot, but I think it could have been a whole lot more. |
