This is a forced submission. My 25 year-old son was kind enough to be my play toy for the challenge. Dressed him in the finest tin foil, he baked for an hour in the hot Texas sun. We came in and I didn't like any of the images, but he said "mom, you made me sweat like a pig for nothing?"..hence the entry. If this makes a 5, I will be happy. : )

details: cropped, levels, USM, cloned distracting little areas, dodged and burned a bit.

I wish I had commented on this during the challenge. I gave it a 10 and think it deserved higher, but unfortunately that is not possible. Very nice image and well done. Nicely composed and very good control of the lighting/reflections. Also very creative. Again, well done, nice job!

I'm trying to figure out what the title means... Guess I won't be able to. Photo wise, the work that went into this is evident. Although the foil on his? left arm coule be done a little better, or a slightly different pose so that it wouldn't blend in with his body. The photo is also tilted a little clockwise, so could use a little ccw rotation. 5

Ha...oh man I hope it wasn't hot out..this suitcase makes the shot, creates the absudity and helps with the contrast too..nice job!

20 years time - no ozone layer - this is what we'll all be wearing to work! Believe it or not, I tried wrapping myself in foil for a challenge once but It was definitely a two-person job and I didn't have the guts to get any help! Excellent use of textures and light here while stimulating the viewer too. Great work

Made me chuckle, not as much as the tin foil g-string picture in the metal challenge, though ;)

8 for fantastic originality, contrasts and execution. The tinfoil must have been a bit of a nightmare to work with!

very cool background textures. i think the tinfoil complements them well. i'm just having trouble with the total package. not sure what to do....maybe a different pose?

quite an interesting image ... i would have liked to see a face of some sort though ... and maybe the background colored and the being in the foil

That would be great, if Earth was invaded by tinfoil people. Then we would win. Excellent B&W photo.

That looks extremely uncomfortable. Love the play of lights and shadows. Nice detail and contrasts.

This deserves a good score just for the imagination behind it. A pair of sunglasses might have helped define the face a little more though

A darker backdrop may have helped define your figure more. Interesting photo though.

Interesting concept, but the composition is a bit bland.
