The strange shadow that is making the square shape in the middle of his face is very distracting in my opinion.

except for that strange looking square shadow above the nose, I find this shot to fit the challenge wonderfully.
I also like the funny feel to it.
A great take!

A friendly face in the dark. Love the square shadow between nose and eyes. Bumping up.

The square makes this photo interesting. Good use of lights , action and camera!

Nice concept, nice solid blacks. The smile of your subject is more like a happy smile rather than a diabolical smile as one might expect for an image of this type. Unsure if this is intended but the subject's eyes are not level. If intended a larger angle might be better, otherwise it should be straightened.

I like the bridge of the nose or lack there of with the way you have this lit. Nice, fun shot 8

I think it might have been more powerful to not smile...would have had more of a dark feel;)

Great eerieness to this. The lighting & use of negative space are terrific too. It bothers me slightly that the head is a little tilted, since the rest of the composition is so centered, but I like it nonetheless.

Good idea, well executed. I like the title too. :)

Nice shot. I think it would hold more impact if the face was not so center of the frame.

I'd like to see a tighter crop on this shot...
