 This Red-belly is around our feeders all the time. Kind of the neighborhood bully. He once took some feathers out of a wren trying to share his feeder. I picked this shot of him not only because of its clarity but also because the "pose" showed a lot of body details. The only main feature missing is the deep orange of the center of his belly. Why he's named red and not orange belly I don't know. But he is a dashing fella none-the-less.

adjusted levels;
saturated certain areas of bird and feeder;
sharpened around the eye;
sized for the web;
unsharpend mask by 85%, radius .6, treshold 9
sized again.

It appears not quite sharp, and as it is Natural history challenge sharpness is critical so I have not rated it as high as others 6

I would have cropped out the feeder ad concentrated on him. Good focus on his head!!
