| I love how we can just see the ouline of her mouth through te head scarf. Her right eye is slighly out of focus. Gotta watch out for that short depth of field. |

| Gasp!!! That is one of the most beautiful and striking portraits I've seen. There's not one thing that keeps this from being absolutely perfect. She looks 3-dimensional like she is coming right out of the photo. It seems like everyone would HAVE to give this a 10, so here is another one :) |

I like the lighting a lot here.. I am trying to figure out how you did it. One light from top, another from left of camera ?
I wonder why you used a deeper dof here. Did you try shallower dof also ? I will wait for the chalenge to end to see your details. |

This doesn't work for me...the incredibly pampered look of this individual (eyebrows, makeup, supersmooth skin) clashes with the context in which she's presented...
She's got such nice eyes, I would have just taken a photo of her face, as is...
Compositionally, I like the photo and it looks well toned. I find the background a bit distracting as well as the red light on her left shoulder...I bet you got some great photos out of this shoot, though! |

| At first my thought was, "Okay, this pose has been done..." but I was very pleasantly surprised to see a new emotion in the eyes of the model. I like your scarf selection and the background. You captured her eyes wonderfully - they could probably be a little crisper, but I really like this shot. Very well done. (8) |
