Compositionally I would have preferred for you not to cut off the rocks in the lower right hand corner, as well as, to crop out the upper third of the photo. I don't think it adds anything to see above the area of the ocean where it changes color from light to darker blue. This picture has a lot of potential and I love the vivid blue colors and the how you captured the mirror like quality of the water on the sand in the mid forground, just above the rocks.

Very well taken photo. I like the bird and he's framed very well. Nice balance to this. The rocks balance this and give good perspective.

Outside of this challenge, I personaly would crop this picture so that the water, and seagul are cut off. I'm not sure why but to me they detract from the excellent quality of the lower half of this photo. The two halves just don't seem to blend well. I also would'nt have gone with the white edge/frame. Overall I do like this picture and it meets the challenge, I'm just being overly picky. *grin*

Nice. Shame about that bit of land in the top left which spils the effect a bit. For a print, I'd clone that out.

Wonderful colour. I like the boarder. maybe you could try croping this one a little narrower.

Very nice composition. The line from the rocks draws the eye towards the bird and the shoreline. very nicely done. 7 md

Couldn't have pulled this shot off without the bird. Very nice capture. The picture just goes on and on with something to look at all levels. The "island" in the background on the left to the bird in the middle to the rocks in the foreground. I love it! On my computer, I have to scroll to see all areas of the picture. I wish I didn't have to do that so that I could see it as a whole. Is a must with this one, but that's my problem.
