 This is one of the first photos I've taken with my new PowerShot A85. The pill is a Dexedrine capsule, which I opened and placed on a paper plate outside.

I used Photoshop Elements 2.0 to adjust levels and sharpen with Unsharp Mask.

I'm sure some will score this lower because of the slight bluish tint and the grain, but they were both intentional - I wanted something other than a pill on a white background, and I think that the imperfections give the photo character.

This is a very good idea and meets the challenge well in my opinion, though I feel that the focus is a bit soft to be truly effective.

better title would be options ; ) nice image except the blue shadows are somewhat pixelated
